BTTC Center is a Class A 12-story green building site location is Ortigas Avenue corner Roosevelt Avenue , Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila , Philippines. [1] It is the first green building in Greenhills, San Juan recevoir has pre-certified Gold for Core & Shell under LEED. [2] Developed by Hantex Corporation, it is an office, commercial and retail types of property [3] with a floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor. BTTC Center is also among the 58 projects currently registered for LEED certification, together with the Zuellig Building in Makatiand Megaworld 8 Campus Building and Wells Fargo Headquarters, which are both in Bonifacio Global City. [4] It is also an IT-Center PEZA Certified Building. [5]

Design and Features

BTTC Center is managed by real estate services firm CBRE Philippines. [6] Completed in December 2012, this building has been developed with the help of double-glazed glass and 70% of the heat, keeping the building cool at all times. [7]

The BTTC Center was designed by ADGo Architecture and Design, Inc. headed by its principal architect, Architect Daniel Go . [8]
